Part 1:  Preparing the input data

Overview:
  1. Bring in pedigree genomes data in pgSnp format from the BX table browser.
  2. Rename the datasets.
  3. Upload the disease SNPs in pgSnp format.
  4. Concatenate the disease SNPs and genomes.
Note: If you know the basics of Galaxy and already have a pedigree with disease SNPs you may want to go straight to Part 2.
