The second affected child would need to have the same homozygous SNP. So we can use intersection once again to filter the SNPs. Choose the last result, "NA12879 homozygous and heterozygous in parents", and the homozygous SNPs of the second affected daughter (NA12880). Click the Execute button (green arrow).
