Getting the filtered output

Notice that filter now has an edit and clear button (blue arrow) rather than the create button. This time we can leave the default BED output (blue arrow), because we don't need anything more than the positions. It is also helpful that Galaxy will correctly assign the format for the BED output. Click on get output (green arrow).
