Results

We see the planted SNPs are still in the datasets (blue arrows). The planted SNP is the only one left in the coding SNPs, and there are two SNPs for the promoter and enhancer segmentations. We did not run this intersection for the splicing regions as there were only four SNPs left in that category to begin with. In total we have seven SNPs of interest which includes the three SNPs we planted.
