Viewing the principal component analysis result

Clicking on the eye icon gives us the summary of this composite dataset. First we will click on the PCA.pdf link. Here we clearly see 2 groups and one individual very unlike the others, and a second between the one group and the different individual. At this point we can't easily tell where each individual is on the graph. Go back and click on the coordinates.txt link. Here we can determine that the different individual is F1 and the one in between is F2. We will now repeat this with defined populations based on this PCA and the tree. We will leave off the very different individual to see if the others divide out further as they did in the tree.
