Preparing input with populations

In the history panel we see the output from the Specify Individuals tool, just a list of the individuals and the column number where their data begins.

We are running the Prepare Input tool again using the same minimum read coverage of five but this time we will change the option for Individuals to chose. Select the E1-5 population, then click the Add new Population button. Repeat this selecting each of the groups we defined. Click the Execute button.
