Specifying groups of individuals

Click on the Specify Individuals tool. The SNP dataset should be selected by default. We want to run this tool 4 times. Once selecting E1-5 and label these "E1-5". The label will be used as the name of the resulting dataset as well as by other tools. Run this tool again selecting F2 and label this one "F2". Repeat with F3-5, labeled "F3-5", and S1-3 labeled "S1-3". We left out F1 as we plan on not using that individual for the next PCA run. For each grouping click the Execute button.
