Finding selective sweeps

Note, we renamed the filter result dataset to make it clearer.

To find runs of high scores we will use the Remarkable Intervals tool in the Genome Diversity section and FST and Selective Sweeps subsection. Our dataset is selected by default, change the column to c58. We will use a percentage cutoff of seventy-five. A higher cutoff tends to give fewer larger windows, a lower one, more smaller windows. If you are unsure of what cutoff to use for your data try several. We will use one-hundred randomizations to give us a p-value of less than 0.01. We want the selective sweeps not individual SNPs so leave No for Report individual positions. Since this is gd_snp format so Galaxy can get the columns from the metadata. Click the Execute button.
