SNPs causing an amino acid change

The tool to find SNPs that cause an amino acid change is aaChanges in the section Phenotype Association. It requires an interval dataset with the SNPs and a BED dataset with the genes. We are going to use the SNPs from the dataset "Fixed and clustered" and use the alternate allele column from the dataset as the SNP allele. We will use the RefSeq Genes we just imported. We want to keep the data that we have for the SNPs so far, and just append the coding information to it. We only need one prediction per SNP, if more than one isoform produces an amino acid change having the first is enough. All the alleles are given using the forward strand in a gd_snp dataset.
