Intersect results from ENCODE datasets

The result datasets have been renamed. The TFos results are opened by clicking on the eye icon (red arrow), and the tool panel has been hidden. There are only twenty-two SNPs in TFos and are fixed on opposite alleles and in clusters. In the history panel you see that there are one-hundred seventeen in DHS sites (blue arrow). Both of these sets of SNPs would be candidates for further research.
