Making the gd_snp dataset into an interval dataset

To use tools that operate on Genomic Intervals we must change this dataset to an interval dataset. It has the start position (blue box) but is missing the end. Since these are all zero based positions to get the end position for an interval dataset we just need to add one to the start (red arrow). The end position should be an integer so we do want it rounded. Click execute (green arrow).

Once the dataset is ready, we need to click on the pencil icon to change the data type like we did in Part 1. Choose interval and click the save button.
