Concatenating controls into one file

At this point there is more than one way to do what we want. We could subtract each of the controls from the result dataset similar to what we did for the son. Instead we are going to concatenate the controls into a single file, then merge to remove duplicates within the file. This will give us a control file ready to use later if needed.

We will use the Concatenate datasets tool (red arrow) in the section Text Manipulation to combine the files. Click the Add new Dataset button to add four datasets so that all five datasets can be combined in one run. Choose each of the control datasets (red arrows). Then click the Execute button (green arrow).
