Removing duplicate SNPs from the controls

To speed up later operations using this dataset we will remove the duplicate entries. To do this we will use the Merge tool (red arrow) in the section Genomic Operations to just keep each unique position. Select the concatenated dataset and check the box to output 3 column bed (red arrows). Click the Execute button (green arrow).
