Selecting promoters and enhancers from the segmentations

We do not want SNPs in any of the segmentations, only the promoters and enhancers. We will use the Select tool (red arrow) in the section Filter and Sort. Choose the first segmentation dataset, matching, and enter the pattern shown (red arrows). The parentheses groups the pattern, the pipe symbol says to match either word. Click the Execute button.

Repeat this step for the second segmentation dataset.
