Viewing selective sweep results
In the history panel we see that our eight-hundred nineteen regions cover
approximately one-hundred eighty-one megabases of the genome. Clicking
on the eye icon displays the results. The chr15 region indicated with a
blue arrow contains the SLC24A5 gene that is shown to be under positive
selection in caucasians. The chr2 region indicated with a blue arrow contains
the LCT (lactase) gene that is also shown to be under positive selection.
