Finding SNPs heterozygous in both parents and homozygous in an affected child

Again we will do an intersection, this time using the last result, "Heterozygous in both parents", and the daughter (NA12879) homozygous SNPs (red arrows). The daughter's SNPs are in the first box because we want to find the homozygous disease SNPs, and the parent's SNPs are just being used as a filter. The blue arrows indicate the number of SNPs in the two sets we are intersecting. You can watch these to see the progress we are making in narrowing down the number of SNPs for further research. Click the Execute button (green arrow).
